I'm still not feeling better. It's very strange and it's very upsetting and disturbing too. Because I also worry a lot that the infection will go to the kidneys. I was on Macrobid for 5 days and no improvement. So I called the doctor and was told to switch to Amoxicilian. I now have been on Amoxicilian for two days I think and I still don't feel any improvement. The main symptom is that I don't feel I have emptied my bladder even if I have just urinated. I feel the urge to use the restroom again right after I have just used it. It makes me SO restless. Very uncomfortable. I don't know what I should do now!! I will call the doctor to ask if cranberry juice is ok with the medication I'm taking now. Other than that, do any of you have any other advice? Why doesn't any antiotics help me at all? I'm very puzzled. Thanks a lot.
