The problems you are describing, are from the nerves that run from your lower back down the legs. When there is pressure on those nerves in your lower back, you feel a "toothache" type of pain in the legs and can be accompanied by tingling or numbness in you legs and or feet. When was your last MRI? Sometimes epidural shots help depending on the MRI findings.
