I love sashimi! I lived in Japan from the time I was 12 to when I was 17 and I guess because I was young I learned to eat a lot of "strange" food, and sashimi is one of them, delicious! My favorite after school snack was white rice with those seaweed sheets, you put the rice in a bowl and then (and this is easier done with chopsticks) wrapped some seaweed around a spoonfull of rice. There was also delicious candy wrapped in rice paper - - and you ate the whole thing, wrapper and all. Yum!
