Alright folks...
We're all getting our Underalls in a knot, and overlooking the purpose of this site. When I first came here way back when, this was a nice place, the few of us that were here got along. But, as with anything that grows, so do the problems.Let's not dwell on them.
We are many, and as such have many personalities and senses of humour. So misunderstandings and hurt feelings are to be expected, and may not be intentional. If a member gets so far "over the top" that they need banished, so be it. It's done...Move On...
I admit that lately it "seems" the Admin has taken a rather severe and sometimes biased line in its governing of this site. But again, that is the personalities of those with the power. And all in all I think they have done decent job of it. God knows it isn't easy straddling that fence between being too overbearing and letting the patients run the asylum.
It has always been a good practice to PRAISE someone in front of their peers, and admonish them in private. I feel this should have been the case here. If "Cody" had just disappeared, without the "Grand Announcement" and "Fan Fare", I think we wouldn't be discussing this right now.
I try to sit back and let alot of this stuff blow over. I enjoy coming here, but lets not let the postings of a few tear apart everything that Brian, Pete, John and so many others have worked so hard to build.
In the words of a wonderful man, friend and member from out west..."I LOVE THIS PLACE"
Lets not tear it down over some hurtful actions of a small few.
Lets all Keep focused on our goal of Kickin'AS!!!
