If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello, ravirajhn:
Regret I had many episodes of iritis. I cannot imagine the justification for the antibiotic drops. After experiencing average two severe incidents yearly, and resultant eye damage, I had to get it under control and that was mostly through diet with help of oral antibiotics and key supplements. Zero episodes over previous 15 years despite very sloppy diet for several years now; ESR around 2 (was >100 at worst).
Some of this information can be found in my "Important AS Resources" Dropbox files; please check these out and if You have any questions I would be happy to answer.
Very bad--and as much as I LOVE (South) Indian food--roti, rice, dal, etc. No aloo, garam and the like. Especially because this is Your eyesight to save!
Read and follow Carol Sinclair's "The IBS Low-Starch Diet."
HEALTH, John
