If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi, I have been doing the low starch diet since 2013 and wanted to know if anyone has issues with always feeling dizzy?

I did suffer dizzy spells at one point but not constantly. I did also feel spaced out or on edge sometimes which I came to blame on being too low carb. Make sure you have increased your salt and general mineral intake. Check you are getting enough Potassium salts.

For a quick fix try a tablespoon of honey.
Have you gotten the hang of baking lots of almond-flour muffins (freeze and take as an on the go snack), or tahini bread. I suspect you aren't getting enough calories ..
what I can eat on the diet (click here) -- my blog -- contact me (PM is broken) "Some men, in truth, live that they may eat, as the irrational creatures, 'whose life is their belly, and nothing else.' But the Instructor enjoins us to eat that we may live." -- Clement of Alexandria (about 200 AD)
