So sorry that your lovely Lin passed. I always loved to read your posts when you mention Lin. It's wonderful to see how dearly you loved each other. In these times when folks forget the hard work that goes into genuine love, I was encouraged by the admiration you always expressed concerning your Lin.

Dear Lon, I am so very sorry. The bond you shared with Lin was so sweet, so obvious to all of us reading your words all these years. I know you will miss her terribly until you meet again.
It is the saddest time we face in life, to lose someone we love so so deeply. Lin sounded like such a lovely strong and incredibly caring person. As blessed as you have been for 47 yrs, you will need to surround yourself with a huge amount of support. I'm glad you'll have your daughter staying with you this month and that you have such a warm loving family.
My deepest condolences to you and your family and gentle hugs from afar.

Thank you all for your expressions of sympathy.
My girls all have a bit of "Lin" in them. But one daughter especially, reminds us all "mom".
Such a tender and warm, yet encouraging service.
But as you all know, there are occasions where, only another ASer really knows what we are going through!
We built so many memories in the last three days. Especially watching the grandkids play and talk and laugh.

Loz- thanks to you and your wife, and all of our Kick AS family here, from the beginning you made it easy for me to be part.
She was so beautiful, even after the last breath, wow I have been a blessed man and I do appreciate friends and family.
How is your health? And your fam?
