Took another 1.5 mile walk the other day. It was in the 50s, crazy.

Today is more typical winter, some snow on the ground, mostly cloudy, and 20 degrees F. Supposed to get more snow later this afternoon / this evening.

Great job walking, sawing wood, shoveling snow.... it's all so good for us!

I've been swimming, walking with a neighbor, chasing the 3yr old, and getting this big house ready to sell.

Hopefully it'll sell fast so I can go to Costa Rica for cataract surgery!

Gooooooooo TEAM! clap

Hi all,

Not checked in for a bit but still exercising.

Swimming three times a week if I can and yoga two classes a week. I am really beginning to feel the benefits too. My knees are much much better I can kneel again.

Playing fetch with the cat too lots of bending and crawling to find her balls.

Very wet and mild here only one short spell of snow. Missing the cool crisp frosty days generally associated with winter ohwell

Been bad this month with the walking. Would like to blame the hand healing up, but that's an excuse.

Anyway, today was 55 degrees; unheard of for this time of year around here, so I went out and took a few short walks. Didn't keep track of time or distance. It was just nice to get outside.

Shoveling snow this morning, been lifting weights 3 times a week. I need to start doing 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 times a week, but have not started that yet.

Hello!!!

It's been wild around here for the past couple of weeks.
Sheesh, we've had people in and out of here constantly and have one good offer already. YAH!

Still swimming e/o day, and walking a lot. Gotta clear out when the realtors are showing the place.

Other than that, playing with the littles, crocheting, and oh yeah getting my cataracts taken care of.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TEAM! clap clap clap

Congratulation on the house, and the cataracts. I am getting my cataracts removed next week.
