If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Glad to hear things are still working for you with Humira. Hope the weekly dose keeps you going without flaring badly. Suppose that it is true--no food is worth feeling badly. Except maybe chocolate. Hope the school year goes well for you. Yea, Teachers!!!

thanks rumble now that its september, trying to go back to 10 days....did yesterday...but I think my sweet spot might be 9 days...i felt pretty good through day 9, felt petty crappy yesterday (day 10) and got the shot last night. today I felt better. Too, interestingly, i usually hit a rough spot at about day four and then its like my body figures it out and i'm better for the next 4 or 5 days. Kinda like in running where you hit a wall at one mile and then are good again for the next few miles...when I used to run...like 30 years ago

Hi, I'm tigerlady. I'm 39,diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis aka ankylosing spondylitis about 3 months ago. I'm currently on Humira 40mg every other week. I also have anterior uveitis that was diagnosed about 3 years ago. Doing well with Humira, except still having flare ups of pain and joint swelling. Just wondered if anyone had any advise that might help my case. I'm really at my wits end. Thanks.

you'll get more of a response if you start a new thread to introduce yourself and ask the same questions there.
though i felt improvement from humira right away, it takes a few years to get to this place. started humira june 2013. aug 2013, I flared. aug 2014, I flared. aug 2015, I didn't flare. that's 2.5 years later.
give it time. but too, in the meantime, use the other treatments you were already using to get you through: nsaids, ice and heat, PT or chiro, ultrasound, steroids as needed, etc.
