Sue- you are welcome
as you know - a merry heart does good like a medicine.

My Dad had the same kind of blood pressure.

Dear John (letter)

I detect a small trace of nefarious attitudinal bias. Should I need advice from a hombre who skedaddles off to a foreign land; I WILL ASK / BEG for it.

Until then I think ""FAST. By day 5 or 6 my bp is rock solid 120/80 and require no meds at all. Then stay that way for a while to get rid of last vestiges of AS [current--not the damage of course...] so that when You break the fast with non-starchy comestibles You can get onto an EXERCISE regimen that gets rate up >140bps for >15 minutes/day. Supplement with magnesium, calcium, copper, vitD, niacin plus niacinamide, and EFAs. "" errr. oh is that what you said!!
ah, I love it here...

Lon

smed-
we also have snow every morning that needs to be shoveled. It is good in that the frost is not going too deep into the ground. do you ice fish?

are you recovered from your surgery?

CAT40- nice to meet you.
I do walk in the river current at the Rec. pool - 3 times a week. I have trouble getting my heart rate up, but I do work at it until my breathing is elevated. I am moving snow this winter; and we walk the dog.
I wrestle with a 40 * beautiful gand-daughter and I am lifting a grandson of nearly 20. I was hunting at the 10,000foot level in October.
Please tell me/us a little bit about yourself? ok. nice to have you with us.

Tnate-
I do appreciate your concern.

I seem to keep cholesterol in control, when I am able to walk / work enough to get a good lather going... pain stops me sometimes. but I am in need for working longer...

glad you are here my new friend.

Tim- I have avoid adding -salt for years.
but we are brainstorming aren't we.
It has been along cold winter here. But that is what Wyoming is used to. Not as bad as where our northeast friends and family are getting it this year.

I know it, my friend. It's a tough one. I hope you didn't feel I was criticizing, as I know you are already working at it. Just hoping something I said might twig with you as something new.

Love to you.

Kath- you said "something I said might twig with you as. something new..." that is the prob my dear , I much prefer a twang, than a twig...but coming from you of course it will be accepted and appreciated!

thanks, yes I hope something works too. I just got done with a rather robust work out, hoping to get back to spending more time in exercise.
