Last two days, only got a short walk around the neighborhood in, but at least I got out there....cold and cloudy.....fall is finally here.

This week 1 mile walk am and 1mile walk pm to school Mon and Tues Mon 2hr ride first time for Purdy in front boots (look like huge buckets :D), much more forward going. Tues 1 1/4 hr speedy ride on Lu who didn't want to go and then just wanted to be back with 'the herd' (and this is the horse soon to be retired) no sign of any lameness and very very tiring trying to keep her in check to not gallop the way round. unusual for her must be the autumn in the air. Weds 1 1/2 hr ride Purdy without boots, still more forward going.
It’s so awesome that you’re back in the saddle!

Hey Molly! Glad to see you here!

Lifting my granddaughter, rolling and playing - has me in better shape = what a blessed man I am. Man, I love it here!
Lon, where are you? In WA? [That’s what the fox said!] Good job all that baby lifting!

Crowding the thread with exercise is EXACTLY the point! Welcome here and great job working out!

Got to the gym today. Did a 45 minute workout. All good Summer is over. Thank God. Now for nine months of lovely weather. Not too hot and winter simply doesnt happen over here.
I've been bad about walking, worse about posting when I do.....
This weekend I'd like to get out for a longer walk, hoping the weather cooperates.
Thanks for keeping me motivated though

Well I've got 2 in a row in. 25 minutes(omg I couldn't make 30, first time I can ever remember stopping early) it was tough and boring but when isn't it? Well actually my 2nd one was easy... why is that. Actually I know why... I waited the fatigue off... now if I just had that magic bullet for the fatigue and stiffness to make every one easy... errr NSD!!!

Yeah, that motivation 1/2 way is hard for me, too.
Good job keeping at it though!

It's been so nice here that I've been riding every other week for a long spell.
I know that since I've written it, it'll dump snow tomorrow.

Weekends are good. 1.5 mile walk yesterday and today. Cold and windy, but a warm winter coat and a good hat and scarf and its all good.
