77 laps, 51.56 minutes...averaging 40 sec a lap.

A little faster than usual because there is a 70+ year old woman there at the pool who effortlessly glides right past me...developing quite a crush, I am! tongue2

Nice to see you and Carolina, Fergus! yes

Today I played with my grandnieces & grandnephews for a couple of hours. Yesterday I noodled in the pool for 30 minutes. It looks like I might just leave this flare in the dust soon. Maybe tomorrow I can get back to swimming at the U. Fingers crossed!

Good job walking, running, mowing, swimming, and all the other moving cheerleader

Go TEAM! clap

Friday 1500 metres in the pool.
Saturday the same again.
Sunday 1000 metres and little Brandon came down and played in the pool for an hour. Great fun.

There is a serious heatwave here at the moment. 2 people died while out walking at the weekend. The only exercise possible is in the pool.

Ok did 5km in 32.58 minutes jogging on the treadmill today and 11km in 21 minutes on the exercise bike.

Its still way too hot to exercise outdoors at the moment. They say it should cool a bit by the weekend.

I have three broken mowers...

So I have been on the ground, watering, walking, to get the right wrench, fertilizing and moving hoses=water,
my little black pup gets right in beside my face to help when I lay on the ground to work on a riding mower....
no specific walks, but hours on my feet

volunteered with the county EMT and Emergency Team as "sick" person" it was a hoot, we laughed and talked more people know my name now, but as with soem kind of fake plague!!!

Today I noodled in the pool for 20 minutes.
Yesterday I swam 500 yes at the U.

Right now I'm sitting in the Phoenix airport waiting for the red eye to NYC.
