If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I ran 9.63 miles this morning. The depressing part is it took 1 hour and 43 minutes. Ten years ago I could run a 1/2 marathon in just over an hour 45 minutes. I try not to think about it to much, I am just glad I can still run.

Keep forgetting to check in, but did another 5 km rowing machine and 3 km bike last time at the gym with a little bit on the eliptical machine as well. Trying to get there three times a week but with evening meetings and stuff its generally only twice at the moment.

Haven't posted here for a while, but I've been maintaining at 3x per week with the aerobics plus swimming twice so: 2 hours of swimming 22 hours of aerobics in the last 2 months. Some days I really don't feel like exercising but all the research says that it lowers inflammation so I KEEP ON KEEPING ON. Needing all the natural inflammation fighting I can find. GO TEAM!! YOU ARE ALL DOING SO FABULOUSLY, YOU ARE AN AWESOME EXAMPLE TO ME!!! Erika, Thanks again for starting this thread. You are amazing! And Tink, thank you for being our statistician!!!

I've been in bed since Monday except for a cranio-sacral treatment on Wed, but I did spend an hour in the pool yesterday! It put me back in bed again but it sure felt good to be in the water! Yes, I'm posting from bed on my phone...gotta love the new phones!
