Erica,
I have thought about you and your family so much!
I pray that the Love of our Living Father is comforting you and helping you as you remember and even celebrate the life of your lovely daughter.
No more pain, no more suffering! Just to be loved by God. Like Keith Green, I long for those days. but until then I will march on with the hope that sustains me.
Erica, you are a tremendous woman. Write when you can.

Your Friend,
Lon

Like Lon, Erica I think of you every single day and many times during the day. All I can do is pray that your pain will go away.

Thanks to you all for your well wishes smile

Yesterday I swam 500 yds. Today my husband and I were fortunate enough to go swimming with my niece & her husband & their 5 children - ages 12 yrs to 4 mo -after my girls services and reception. It did my heart a bit of good to play with he kids in the pool.

I see you all cheering each other on, and it makes me smile.

Give everyone you love an extra little hig from washington.

good to see you surrounded by loved ones heart
thinking of you here as well.

today: walked about 2 miles, about an hour,

went to see the beaver dam, they've been awfully busy, hence the term "busy beavers" their "lodge" of logs and mud was quite impressive. and its just a little pond and a small hedge row that they had to work with. sad to see all the trees down, but impressive to see the natural engineering feat!

Saturday my plan was to run 8 miles, but I had two things get in the way. The first was I slept to long, but even if I had got up on time every thing was covered with ice. I did run 4 miles (40 minutes) with my feet slipping the whole way. I am glad a car didn't hit me. Then after running I went and helped my daughter mover into her new place.

I thought the sun would soon melt the ice, but it didn't until after I was done running. I had to help my daughter move so I couldn't wait. I should have gone to the gym, but I kept thinking the ice would be melted away.

You just need studded running shoes. crazy That's awesome in those elements. I guess I won't feel so bad with just our valley fog today. I'm getting ready to go for the bike ride.

Just for fun I googled "studded running shoes for ice" and found this DIY video. Wow the internet has just about everything!
