In home elliptical, nice to blast music and not use headphones! 25 minutes, and Ill do my back exercises on my mat tonight as usual. It would be nice if my hands would cooperate!

Hey team, thanks for the love.

I swam about 750 yds today. Then got to play in the pool with my 4 year old grandson.

I appreciate that you all are carrying on, because I do look every day.

Love, Erica

Hello friends..
Thurs stats: KM I : 60 min.
We have a nasty cold front blowing through and I am a frozen bug-cicle right now! My hands are giving me much grief. Had to soak them in very warm water today and yesterday. no
I picked up a km sheet. So i know what is expected. Looks like if everything goes well i can test in 60 days. instructor said they will be checking technique most of all. and timing. in other words not to teeter out under 20 seconds of one particular technique. Now I hope and pray this body will make it! But its my only goal this year..yellow belt come closer to buggy! rainbow

Have just started back at the gym, and going to try and get there three times a week now. Yesterday 2 km on the bike and 2 km rowing. 0.2 on the crosstrainer, so that barely counts. Also a load of stretches and some very light weights.
