Tuesday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes) and 30 minute stretching
Wednesday: walk 3 miles (60 minutes) and 30 minute stretching

I'm doing the neck stretches now in front of the computer...it's hard to see the screen when you stretch turning the neck way to the side.

it's been a few days since i logged my info and stats.

Nov 2- gym 30 minutes
Nov 3- gym 30 minutes
Nov 4- gym 30 minutes
Nov 5- gym 30 minutes
Nov 6- walk 45 minutes= 4 km
Nov 8- gym 30 minutes

Nov 9-11: Recovering from surgery and I am exercising my fingeres on the couch by typing and using the remote!
