MS Excel is really responsible for making the stats excel! I have everything we need to know at my finger tips... if anyone wants to test me, fire away! (I just know this is going to be a big mistake!!!)

LDN mishap. General crappy mood. But still managed to swim ~ 1,250 yds in 45 minutes. Life will be better tomorrow. Go TEAM!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Tuesday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes) and 30 minute stretching Wednesday: walk 3 miles (60 minutes) and 30 minute stretching
I'm doing the neck stretches now in front of the computer...it's hard to see the screen when you stretch turning the neck way to the side.

I'm doing the neck stretches now in front of the computer...it's hard to see the screen when you stretch turning the neck way to the side. But this means you can actually turn your neck way to the side! Way to multitask! Go TEAM!

it's been a few days since i logged my info and stats.
Nov 2- gym 30 minutes Nov 3- gym 30 minutes Nov 4- gym 30 minutes Nov 5- gym 30 minutes Nov 6- walk 45 minutes= 4 km Nov 8- gym 30 minutes
Nov 9-11: Recovering from surgery and I am exercising my fingeres on the couch by typing and using the remote!
