If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I take 10-20mg of cyclobenzaprine/flexeril every night before bed. It helps me sleep and keeps the spasms away during the day. But yeah, I would never try to take it in the day time. It would be kind of funny.....to everyone else watching me!! lol Thanks Donette, I tried taking it last night and it worked great. It felt weird to take a muscle relaxer when I was already relaxed, but I slept well and my back hasn't been crampy yet today. It's already 2pm Pacific time. maybe try taking it each night, kind of preventatively. that's what i do, kind of "resets" my body while i sleep.

OK Team I am putting on my Coach Tink hat today and calling a little meeting "ahem" Firstly, our Fitness Team is doing soooooooo well, you should all be very proud of yourselves indeed - not to mention how much this is helping our AS! GO TEAM! Just to let you know that I have been working on the stats for a while to make them easier for me to calculate and summarise. I have put all our stats from this thread into and Excel Spreadsheet and just wanted to let you know a couple of things: 1. I am going to do a stat update at the end of every month from October onwards, but will update my spreadsheet at intervals during the month to break the job up a bit. 2. I have re-gigged all the Swimming "Distance" figures into MILES! Walking, Biking, Hiking, Jogging and Running are all in Miles, so it makes sense to change the Swimming figures to match! Just put your stats down as you usually do and I will do the rest. Hope this is OK with you swimmers! If you need to know the stats in yards as well I will be only to happy to include those for you 3. I have gone through this whole thread again and have picked up a few human errors I made first time around as well as changing the swimming figures - so I am presenting July, August and September for you to see all our data so far! Well you might as well see them, I've typed it all into Excel now!! OK Team Meeting is now over, thanks for listeing... or reading! If anyone has any questions, please fire away team mates Enjoy the stats to follow guys and keep up the good work! Give yourselves a round of applause, you deserve it!

Can I join the cycling team? And the swim club? Won't be able to start until Friday (am not at home at the moment) but this could be the incentive I need to get going.
Thanks for posting the stats on the main board!

hi sammie! any form of exercise counts! we are highly flexible here (ok, in the figurative sense only as most of us are not highly flexible, LOL!) really any form of exercise, movement, etc. we're not much for rules and regulations around here! as for the numbers, you can talk to tink about that.
