To tell you the truth, I was afraid to upload that video at first. At one time I took it down because of one negative comment I got. Everyone (except that one one negative commenter) have been very considerate to me though, so it's back up again. I know how to moderate my comments now too.

Hay Bud, yes it's really me. Just decided to poke my head in for a peek. I am doing fantastic, still old, ugly,bald headed and bent over, but I have learned how to live without meds and that alone has helped improved my overall health and well being. I am just stuck with the ravages of AS, that I can deal with.
It seems that for the last couple of years my CRP and ESR levels are normal. So perhaps the inflamation has left me alone. I just turned 65 so it's about time.

I don't know what to say having watched your youtube video.
It touched me so much I can't tell you.
You are so brave to have made that video.
It is not depressing, but it is totally heart-wrenching.
I just wanted to give you a hug so much - a cyber one will have to surfice
I know how serious AS can be, but have never met anyone else with it - a video of you talking about the effects it has had on you are very different from just the written word.

Just watched some of both of your videos (my silly PC kept freezing and then carrying on every 30 seconds).
I can't tell you how great it is to see you in person (almost! lol).
I would hardly say you are ranting, hon - just telling it how it is for you, like James in his clip.
AS is different for everyone, but it is important to be honest because someone will identify with what you are saying on a really personal level and knowing you are not alone is so important to help you cope when you are at rock bottom.
I remember you posting about certain incidents you talked about on the Youtube clips - it's so much more personal seeing and hearing you talk about those incidents and not just reading about them.

i agree with tink. it felt very personal seeing you two in motion with audio instead of a pic and written words. it makes me understand more about your alls stories and history. now when i read your posts ill imagine your voices and personalities as i read. i wish i had the courage to put myself out there! i admire that quality in others as im private and keep to myself. thanks for sharing :]

Just a quick question if I may. Is it ok to add references to kickas on vids and maybe place links or web address on vid?

Thinking I will try to do an update tonight. If I get time and not too tired. Thinking it's better than doing it tomorrow night as I am going out and will be drinking. lol would be a funny clip though.
