If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have often wondered that too, mig. Many of the cracks, creaks, etc. I have do not totally fit the scoliosis diagnosis. I know my physiotherapist wants me to go back to the arthritis specialist because she feels there is something else in my picture. The speed with which my knees have begun cracking and grinding really scares her.

If you have these doubts too, then you should go back to an arthritis specialist! Do you know, or have you ever been tested to see if you are HLA B27 positive? (Sorry, I can't remember.) Have you had xrays yet of your sacroiliac joints?
There do seem to be clues -- knee issues, bone spurs, raised inflammatory markers, and pain that is obviously helped by nsaids -- that suggest your original dx was correct and it would seem worth pursuing (imo), just to be confident that you are receiving the most appropriate treatments and care.

Have any of your blood test shown indications of inflammation? Although that is not necessary, it helps doctors to realize you do have inflammation. Donna

I am asking for a referal back to the Arthritis Specialist who dx'd my Scoliosis. He had been requesting I be tested for AS but I never did hear anything about what the results showed or indicated to him.
I have had xrays done of my sacroiliac joints. Inflammation was indicated in them.

I have had xrays done of my sacroiliac joints. Inflammation was indicated in them. That would seem to be a slam-dunk to me. Glad you are going to get back in to see the specialist. Let us know how it goes, Magician! mig
