I get some nasty foot and toe cramps sometimes. Usually in the middle of a pilates class and have to point my toes. And sometimes at night I'll cramp all the way up the outside of my foot into my baby toe. The only thing that relieves it it gentle pressure, like resting it firmly on the mattress. Nothing seems to touch it.

Hugs,

Kat

Hello. I get the toe spasms. I thought I was just weird, but glad to know it's not just me. Mine hurt so bad, and then I had to use my fingers to get my toes to be able to move on their own again. Sometimes it travels up my calf, but not so much anymore. Has anyone found a way to relieve these spasms?

Guess it depends on how often and how bad but.......there is Quinine and there are muscle relaxants but thing is with me it happens when it happens and I never know when. I may go all day or two days and sure don't want to be drugged up. If it get's worse I'll be on those relaxants more I think however.
No we're not alone on this one are we?

Actually every time I sit down I get terrible spasms in my legs but my feet will get into the act and my toes will twitch and spread all by themselves. When I sit down I know I am going to have alot of action. The other night I felt pretty good and I looked down and saw my toes all except the large one go back and forth in orchestration. I didn't feel it. I saw it and so did my family. How strange.

Kewanee

how are the spasms going?

I have been getting the spasms when I have been walking but I suspect that it has something to do with our weather.
