I was starting to think that it was something that would never ease up. I am using heat
but it is getting the chance to rest the back that is giving me problems. If the weather
would cooperate than that should help. They are calling for snow again on tuesday
not saying how much so that usually means shovelling.
But as to the ex -rhumey comment about AS not moving up the spine. I should have been
clearer what he actually said was it doesn't travel up the spine if you are a woman only if you are a
man. Of course I didn't believe him I just looked at him and said all right.
This is one of the reasons I decide to stop seeing him.

But believe me I will not hop out of any more vans or anything else.
