the probiotic i took for 5 months was called Primal Defense. it has no FOS. the ingredients can be found on the web (theres too many to list). i only hypothesize that it may have been causing me problems. it will take more time for me to prove it out.
i have never noticed any increase in my AS symptoms when i get sick because prior to this year, my AS was very mild. cant really correlate any immune system activity with my pain levels.
