I've been on it for two weeks and haven't lost any weight....yet. It's perhaps a bit too soon to see if there will be an impact.
However, I have (over) compensated starches with creamy sauces on meat and quite a bit of chocolate. I eat hard cheese as a snack too, or even after meals. Can you eat dairy?
I also wonder if there is a difference between men and women regarding this. From what I can tell reading through this forum is that men seem to experience weight loss more. Personnally, I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds.

But I can understand losing a significant amount of weight could be worrisome.
