Thank goodness I was already off work this week for a trip that didn't happen. Couldn't get out of my driveway if I tried. At least hip deep at the mailbox. DH just walked out there because it had blown open. Drifts on the back of the house are at least 4ft. Weather station says 13 inches already and it's coming down in buckets right now. City is closed other than hospitals, etc. More sleet last night than freezing rain, so we are not likely to lose power like in '07. Highways are closed, airport closed. It's going to take a while to dig out of this one. Stay warm, Okies. And everyone else, too.

PS...it just made it up to 13 degrees. Wasn't it just 5 days ago it was 75?
