I believe you are wrong on this one. He recomends a low starch diet, rich in vegetable/legumes, low sugar (wich also means about 1-2 fruits per day). He considers that animal fat is better than omega-6 fats from vegetables. It supposed to be based fundamentaly on omega3 fats (wich are supposed to be taken carrefully because if inflamation is pressent omega-3 oils can make things worse) than come from fish and fish oils.

And he is a doctor, but a doctor in microbiology, and not a Doctor in the sense we use it smile

Just felt the need to put some things back on track.

AS/USpA remission march-aug 2011. Flare - sept-nov 2011 (antibiotics). Remission now...
