Well, I do love to scuba, but actually my name is Kyle. I just never use my name in usernames out of habit I guess. Now it seems kinda weird to sign my name as Kyle when my username says Steve, but I guess I should anyway. Wouldn't want to go crazy now, would I? smile

If you mean fused bones when you say "mechanical damage," then I'm in luck! All that's managed to fuse so far is my sacroiliac joints, which seem relatively worthless to me. Other than that, all I can think of that's limiting the ROM would be stiff muscles, so hopefully they'll loosen up with exercise/diet.
