I haven't been diving anywhere warm or salty yet. I live in Michigan, USA, so I'm surrounded by the Great Lakes and countless other little lakes filled with shipwrecks and fish. I'm definitely planning to go somewhere exotic though! Kiwi and Sunnypower: Thanks for the info. I'm not taking anything right now (other than sulfasalazine and omega 3 capsules), so I think I'll just stay away from vits and supps for the time being. Keith: thanks for the advice.
