yesterday i used the US on a quad muscle (when i woke up before i even got out of bed it was hurting (not in the good "i used it muscle pain sort of way" but just like the tendons do, like it was pulled)) and today when i woke up it was better, so it seemed to work on that too.......maybe. sometimes things come and go on their own, and this quad muscle is definitely one of those things that has done that repeatedly for the last year or two. in the past i just iced the heck out of it if it was too painful to walk. thought i'd give this a try instead. faster and easier to get the same effects if it works. as of now, i think it had a positive effect.
