Hey Sue, just a thought. Are you eating 5 or 6 small meals every day, or doing the big 3? If you aren't already, you might considering eating a ton of smaller meals which will help your blood sugar levels stay constant, as well as making is so you are never famished when you eat.
Love the walking inside idea. Don't know that I could do it myself. For me, I have to be outside when at all possible. In the winter, I have the elliptical/treadmill at the gym. In the summer, it's outside all the way. Although this year, with the tendon and muscle issues in my right shin, I'm not doing as much walking. Something about, my physio needs to progress a little more before I do as much as I'd like. Can't take my dance classes this summer either.
