I'm curious about this too. I have an ulcer under my eyelid (not a sty)-- it is not on the eye, but under the lower left lid. I noticed it about a year ago. The opth. gave me antibiotic ointment to put on it last April. It got smaller, but I can still see a tiny freckle of it if I pull my eyelid out and look. The opth also said to wash my eye out with baby shampoo.
