are you eyes very dry? common in many auto immune diseases, use those artifical tear drops the pharmacist can help with which one as they are not all the same.
Salt water baths I get saline from the pharmacists as well.
My eyes are heaps better now on methetrexate but I have to watch them.
The common eye problems iritis uveitis episcelitis ( spelling ) but there are others I get keratitis which is cornea itis and very very painful, also leads to ulcerations.
Look around for a good eye Dr who is good with AS guys makes a big difference. Where I go even the girls doing the vision tests understand about AS and the difference in B27 status makes to the list of eye problems.
Its not always simple, but well worth a good consultation somwehere that knows the condition.
