I just had a quick squize and PsA requires methey trickey at 20mg for 3 months.
AS Requirements
tried two nsaids,
plus radiologists report with grade 2 sacral ilitis,
plus chest expansion limits,
blood tests showing crp and esr elevations for baseline but should be elevated ( meds can lower it, or seronegative in some )
and basdai (scores on stiffness, pain , fatigue )
Evidence of exercise programme,
they seem to have eased the restrictions a bit since last time I looked.....

these drugs are n't cures and do n;t help everyone you should read the side effects as well, bad infection is one.....
A response is acceptable if you get ACR20 response which is a 20% improvement in stiffness pain and fatigue as well as improvements in ESR and CRP. 20% is n't much but some get a bigger improvement as well.
