Hi friend!

I would be very interested in hearing what foods you know of that reduces inflammation for you. Myself I have been very impressed recently, learning from Zark here at KickAs, that brussel sprouts reduce inflammation. And it really works for me So whenever inflammation gets out of control I cook myself some brussel sprouts.

I think it would be a good idea to together collect experiences like this here...
