Have you tried eliminating dairy, also? The apple regimen should be done to help cleanse the system. Also, close attention to EFAs.
What worries me is two related issues: 1) People with AS that is caused by candidiasis usually do not respond very well to the NSD, and 2) Taking antibiotics can either cause or exacerbate candidiasis. Before doing the antibiotics, I would work to treat any potential for candidiasis and do things in cycles.
Andy has a good idea there; potential hidden starches or other things could be keeping your AS going. Please share with us--to the smallest detail--what you are eating...and don't even leave out the smallest thing, including pills. I took enzyme pills that had 'no added starch' on the label and they caused a terrible reaction! After testing with iodine, I saw WHY. Even a candy bar with peanuts or caramel could be the bad guy. Well, we just hate to have you on the NSD with no results!
