Erie This is the time of year when new residencies start. Those Dr.s who graduated from med school in June have now made it to their new home where they will be learning a specialty for the next 3 to 5 yrs so this guy probably just got his liscense to practice in Florida and all the information has not gotten distributed to the right computers. I'll bet they didn't look for his DEA number in a national registry-just in Florida-cause I bet he is regitered in the state where he graduated from med school. Did the pharmacy keep the supposedly "bogus" prescription or give it back to you? If you get in touch with the Dr on Monday he should be able to call the pharmacy and clear up the problem in time for you to get your meds by Tuesday.Good Luck
