Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. My recommendations to you are to try everything and anything to feel better, whether it be meds, exercise, relaxing, pacing yourself, decreasing stress, etc.. Most importantly, don't keep your emotions in. It is good to talk to somebody about how you are feeling (I know its hard for men to do this) but its important in order to reach acceptance of your condition. Also, its completely healthy to feel pessimistic and optimistic
