If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I bought some pure dark chocolate from a health food store. Absolutely no additives and it still turned black! No soy lecithin. Just cocoa products and sugar. Cadbury's Milk stayed neutral. Am I missing something?
What is in expensive dark chocolate that keeps turning black? It is too weird for words when humble Cadbury's milk is starch free at 99c for 50g but at 4 times the price organic dark contains starch.
Cheers
Keith

Maybe cos Cadbury's milk chocolate is full of Milk, and organic pure dark chocolate is full of ground cocoa BEANS - beans contain starch you know....

Yes. I feel a right idiot!
I looked it up, it was surprisingly high. Hmmm back to the drawing board I think.
Thanks Louise.

Australian chocolate has added (something) to stop it melting in the heat. This is why everyone goes on about Australian Chocolate being bad.... which is true cause its more powdery taste.
Maybe this is it??
