Just my annual check in. I’m at the health mine in Montana again and doing great. Arrived with serious bronchitis this year which I had been battling for a couple of months and after a week at the mine it is all gone. No more feeling like I’m going to cough up a lung.
Still active and healthy. A far cry from my AS inflicted former self of 14 years ago. Just got back from an adventure to El Salvador and now I’ll plant my garden and then hike the Lycian trail in Turkey in the Fall. Read my blog in the signature and do the research. So glad I made the choice…
