If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yes, I've found also over the years that I can't tolerate beer too much - except a couple of light beers and wine isn't much better but I can drink distilled (rum, vodka, etc.) no probs at all. Even stuff like Sambuca is fine with me.

Oz, Lon, Bilko and everyone else, No problems with wine and beer for me. But I do have to be careful not to combine them with the NSAID's I'm still taking.
Bilko, why do you think Lon has problems with gluten. I should think it's Ike when reading the posts.
For Lon. That's an awful problem your having there I do feel for you. I think the NSD/LSD can have great advantages for you cause the gas producing bacteria really don't like it. They will diminish to very small numbers. So when you combine NSD with a avoiding some obviously gas producing foods like onions and leeches and the vegetables extremely rich in proteins like some sorts of beans it should be possible to enbetter your situation. Small lightpoint: your family might be supportive cause it will be positive for them also.
Best regards, Gerard

Gerard,
I was not thinking that Lon has a gluten problem. I was remembering some of his past posts and just pulling his leg.
We english are greatly misunderstood for our irony it seems.
'Pain is a state of conciousness. Understanding is not'
'Then you should say what you mean,' the March Hare went on. 'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least - at least I mean what I say - that's the same thing , you know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter.

Aha, Problem is when English is not your native tongue it's so difficult to get it in your cheeck. It is so much easier to for a Dutchy to write a lot of (non)sense about bacteria in a serious manner then it is to be humorous, not talking about irony... Gerard

Gerard, Yep, it seems that where ever I turn, there is something that could and will give me discomfort. Of course I like all kinds of food, but my alternatives are getting smaller as I try to get control of my health.
bilko of course cares for me deeply and he has that sense of humor that kind of sneaks up on you and suddenly you smile and people are wondering whats up! Thanks for the info guys! I am trying to eat healthier for my condition!
