This link is a good one for anyone looking for an exercise regime. I'm not a goody goody who always does them but I try to do some. Hope someone gets some benefit from it anyway.

Why is it you have nothing intelligent to say when you post? Why would you make the comment that 2 gay guys could do that exercise? Are you trying to tell us something about yourself or is # 5 one of your fantasies? Your post was completely uncalled for.

Why is it your always on my case and finding fault with everything I say. If this had been one of your buddies you would have thought it funny. You have a problem and are a control freak. I think most would find it funny but now that you, the father figure, has spoken, the sheep will follow and fall in line. It was no more against gays than it was against straight people. I have nothing against gay people, you just want to make another issue. You have never gotten over the stand I took against censorship and will attack me at every turn, that is all too plain to see. I don't like you anymore than you like me. Maybe you can kick me off the site and anyone else that dosen't please your royal as. Soon you can have a kingdom of your own. Get over it British Boy.

I find a lot of what you say, crass and uncalled for. This included. Maybe you are pushing to see if someone will ban you from the site, so that you will have something else to complain about....Usally I just ignore you, and now, I will continue to do so......

What do the British have to do with this?? If you would read my profile you would see I live in Canada. It has nothing to do with me being a control freak which I am far from being. I have also never kicked anyone off this site nor would I without speaking to the others [Admins/mods] I find nothing FUNNY when someone tries to make smart As* cracks about gays or any other people for that matter. This will also be my last reply to you as you are NOT worth spending my Time Talking to.

Well, one sheep showed up. Let me try it from a different view. Say I was gay, and I posted the same thing except I said: Me and my buddy do # 5 together and I guess straight people could do # 1 together. I doubt that I would have heard a peep out of you. I doubt that any straight people would have thought I was picking on straight people. You must be gay and were offended by my post but I had no intention of offending gay people anymore than I wanted to offend anybody, except maybe some sheep. You said I never say anything intelligent. Go back and look at my last ten posts and find ANYTHING that you can find that fits that attack against me. I was making a joke, nothing more. It may have seemed politicially incorrect to you but I suspect most people, except the sheep, would not see it that way. You and some others seem to have an agenda against me, the ones that say they follow Jesus and call themselves Christians but act oh so different in reality. The poor woman who's son, sitting on her lap, that may have seen the joke and will now have to go to consuling. Yes, I

I don't think Cody was trying to offend anyone, he just wasn' t being very tasteful. That was the kind of joke you would expect to hear at a poker party.

The excercises look like some that would really be good to do.

My hope for you is that you learn you can be open and honest with out trying to be crass and shocking. Your continual attempts to cause friction here is not needed to insure that you can have someone to talk with. If you ever would like to make some true friends, that are not simply responding to a crass statement, than you may want to express love for others.

Love is pateint, kind, does not envy, does not boast, is not proud, is not rude, always trusts, always hopes, never fails.

The friends I have made here have never failed me and are never rude. They all seem to express nothing but love. Try to express your love and you may be surprised that you can be loved also.

Just in the nick of time! I went to new Rheumy today and he really got on my case for not doing exercises. I realized after I told him I would do my exercises and I was already home I had forgotten the exercises! I hadnt seen those since I was first dx'ed. I's a bad boy,LOL. But thank you I have something to go on now. No more excuses huh?
