Has anyone heard of the book on Amazon called "Freedom From Ankylosing Spondylitis " ?by Cherie Allardice I watched the author being interviewed today on a podcast on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gabuKjG0w8oI feel best eating raw,vegan (lowfat & no oils) . I do not do well with cooked foods or starchy foods. It is very restrictive but helps me as long as I stick with it.
