If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Did 20km on the static bike in 61mins 24secs today I think.
I saw the cricket world cup final. Great game, pity about the result. In the good old days there used to be replays. It deserved a replay,it really did.

Where are you at above 10k in the clouds? I had big date of walking for over 45 minutes on Sunday... took a walk down to Rosario Central stadium and then also had nice view of Parana River here in Rosario. Go Team Tim

I did 20km on the static bike in 59:43 minutes. I cheated a little in that I lowered from level 4 to level 3 after 40 minutes, but nothing that will keep me from sleeping tonight.
On Saturday night at 12:40am The Pumas are playing the All Blacks. I´m a bit of a night owl, I might stay up and watch the 1st half. 2nd half viewing will depend on the 1st half lol. So Tim, do the Argentines feel optimistic? Have the stars aligned to create that 1st ever victory over the Almighty Blacks. Ireland have beaten them twice in three years since 2016 when we won for the 1st time against them. It was in Soldier Field Chicago of all places, a place most Irish people outside the US have never heard of, but now it is a place etched into Irish rugby folklore. Los Jaguares have been good, maybe just maybe....

1/2 of walking this morning to work and my morning stretches.
I actually try and catch some of the Rugby games for the Pumas (and now Jaguars)... big American Football fan (Packers), and rugby is similar.
Never optimistic vs All Blacks... Argentina can hang with them for a while, but All Blacks too deep and too skilled that if game is close at half... All Blacks always pull away in 2nd half.
Jaguars had their chances vs Crusaders in final... but again, small details close to try line did them in. Jaguars lost a few opportunities (including one at the try line) and Crusaders converted their opportunities.
5 years ago met an Irish guy here in Rosario.. he was a rugby player and huge Irish rugby fan. Had not beaten the All Blacks yet (2014), but he always reminded me of a pregame incident of Ireland vs All Blacks all the way back to the 1980s that he loved.

Hi Team! Wow I feel good at this altitude. Each day I have been walking at least 10,000 steps, some days maybe more. The terrain on our part of the mountain is made of uneven paths and fluctuates 9,431-10,378ft/2875-3163.2144m, so it's a bit of a push (just enough really) to walk from one end of the camp to another. I'm wondering what I'll do to stay in shape when we go back down to valley in ten days. Gotta keep moving!!! Gooooo team!!!

So Tim, do the Argentines feel optimistic? Have the stars aligned to create that 1st ever victory over the Almighty Blacks. They almost aligned... Pumas had chance for try at end of game to win it, but they could not punch it it. They missed an easy penalty kick in 2nd half.. should have only needed 3 points to win at the end... oh well, maybe next time. Tim

Did 20 km in 61:29 on Saturday on the static bike. Watched Pumas v AB. I got my times wrong, it was at 7pm here so I saw the whole game. Pumas looked like a team with white line fever, a bit more confidence and they would have done it. Another game another year. Sunday I sat back with a friend from Wisconsin who is a crazy Packers fan and watched Shane Lowry win the British Open golf. That was special. From zero to hero in 4 hours, his life will never be the same again. Mine is ticking along nicely.

Today did 20km on static bike in 63:15 minutes. Where in Wisconsin are you from? I´m meeting up with my friend tonight. He´also likes to go to training camp aswell. He goes and then complains about the prices lol. I remember the 80´s game against the all blacks. Willie Anderson gave them an Irish version of the haka. It was very emotive and a fun game, and then we lost. 1989.

I grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin only 1/2 hour from Green Bay.
But I went to UW-Whitewater and then lived in Janesville, Neenah and Green Bay after college before moving around the States and finally moving to Argentina.
Only stretching for me recently... lots of work trying to finalize before trip in office and at home.
