That You have not achieved better results through diet. It took a lot of extra things for me to get this diet to work. Gut health is very important and, if You are unable to do a 6-day fast, the borage seed oil (6g minimum) should help considerably. I would find some myrrh powder to take (1g/day) (Swedish Bitters could be used by tablespoonful several times daily), also slippery elm bark powder (2g/day). These things helped me, albeit not as much as the addition of antibiotics, a measure that is rather impractical for You at this time. Additional supplements should include vitC, vitE, lysine, and niacin/niacinamide.

I hope that You will turn this thing around enough to enjoy the promise and fulfillment of becoming a new mom!
