My right-hand shakes violently especially when I extend my arm, and when I use it for too long. My shoulder also gets stiff. The worst part is when my neck starts to shake then I’m in miserable pain and it feels like my bones in my neck are scraping. My whole body also shakes at times after I drive on bumpy roads. I can’t put weight on my it and pushing and pulling causes pain in my shoulder. I was treated for frozen shoulder last year, but all my problems don’t exactly fit.

I’ve seen multiple specialist, but I haven’t found a definitive solution to the problem. Prednisone helps, but only temporarily. The Rheumatologist refused to prescribe any more.

Has anyone run into a similar problem? What type of doctor did you see and what treatment did you receive?

Hello, mutagen:

It sounds like muscle spasms to me; likely due to a combination of active inflammation and fibrosis. This will resolve but better if You take an active role and experiment with fasting, supplementation, and oils.

HEALTH,
John

I was once many years ago on Prednisone. It worked well enough at the time but I also cant't get my rheumatologist to prescribe it for me any more. I suspect that drugs like many things in medicine go in and out of fashion. Wait lone enough and it may come back in to fashion.
