The less vegetables I eat, the less pain I have. Carnivore diet has been gaining popularity. I wish I could eat vegetables and fiber. Anyone else notice this?

My brother in law does it. He has lost a lot of weight but says he feels great. I just don't understand how it works. He has been on it for six months.

Arugula and kale give me pain even though they don't contain starch. I wish I knew what was going on in my stomach.

One guy healed his colitis on carnivore https://twitter.com/admandv/status/10349...FhjCl19dIctQ-n0

Someone else healed their crohn's https://crohnscarnivore.blogspot.com/?fb...xj_OkAhcCheQxig

Some do it short term then find they can introduce more veggies or starch after a period of time.
