No. Is not working for me at all. Up comes an old message of mine, plus the one I want to post in answer to Janclebro, more than odd, as not posting into the shout box, is aligned outside. weird. Just tried a test, again, no go.

Wonder if summat wrong with this computer - which 'seems' to be working OK... Dunno. Sigh.

Comes up as 'sending' and then gets stuck, does not send. !

Ah I see, that's strange. Have you tried using a different browser? That can sometimes fix odd issues like that.

Thank you John - in transposing area, the note has enlarged somewhat ! This is what I was trying to send, though 'nutshell' has rather gone by the board <LOL>

La Moll - who *still can't get through to the SHOUT box - keeps saying it is 'sending' which it sure aint !! <scratches head>

Janclebro : You are looking for 'safe' probiotics. Amazon is not the place. Labels can be forged, provenance can be doubtful. Please purchase only from *well proven sources : there are several out there.

Life Extension is good. BigVits (UK Co.) is good, with a range of products. Solgar is good. You can *always check the ingredients and not order up any that do not come up to requirements - be surprised how many 'unacceptable' are out there, even from the best suppliers ! There is an awful lot of crap out there, especially through Amazon...! please do be careful.

Best is good balanced diet, being careful of any 'triggers'. Can put together you own probiotics...check out, see what is out there. Don't forget to keep your Vit-D3 in good fettle, plus magnesium and Zinc and Vit-C. Autumn about to enter, keep well up to date in thwarting the buggles <smile>

Be careful, take care go well.
