I had someone recommend Radon Health Mine as an excellent suggestion for AS. I looked it up, and there are several excellent reviews on their website. Has anyone tried this or known anyone that had gone there?

I went there in 2011. I can't say for sure whether it made a difference or not.

This paper has info about the controlled studies that have been done on AS and radon therapy:
Radon therapy for the treatment of rheum...linical trials.

Ann-
H2O girl from Hawaii goes every year to the mine in Montana!
Look for her posts. It seems to have given her better health.

Ha! Thanks Lon. Yes so much so that I rarely check in anymore, but glad to see everyone still kickin it. Walked the 500 mile Camino in Spain in 2017 and then went back to do the Portugese Camino in 2018. If you knew me in my pre-radon days you would have said I'd be 6 feet under before a 500 mile walk would have happened! Still no meds...just radon. Blog in my signature. Good luck.

Wow, do you still go every year? I'm going for ketamine therapy eval this am. Darrel told me that the radon therapy helped him a lot. I'm on the fence, but definitely considering it. Peace, Erica

I do. It's all I do for my AS anymore. Every May it is on the calendar. I save up a bunch of inside projects lap projects and keep busy for 10 days while I breathe it all in. If nothing else, read the book https://www.amazon.com/Underexposed-What-Radiation-Actually-Good/dp/0930073355

Good luck. Good health...
