Does anyone have suggestions for a nighttime painkiller? I can't take NSAIDS anymore due to GI problems. Both oxycodone and tramadol keeps me awake.

I take it you have spoken to your doctor about the stomach problems. There are various medications that are meant to help with such problems. Personally I take Lansoprazole and find it has solved my stomach problems. Other similar drugs are also available. It is much the same regarding pain relief at night. There is always some other drug to be had. So all I can suggest is that you talk with your doctor about this and get him to prescribe another painkiller for you. If you don't ask you don't get and if you don't get you will never have a good night's sleep.

Have you tried any muscle relaxants? If your pain isn't affected by muscle relaxants, then disregard this suggestion. But if you don't know, you might look into trialing one to see if it helps. And if one of them has drowsiness as a side-effect, it could be helpful.
I second Frederick's suggestion of looking for a way to mitigate the GI issues. I can't take NSAIDs due to the effects on my kidneys, but Mobic didn't bother my stomach. Good luck.
DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
