Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

I am starting to move more, but not like that!
It is a worthy goal.....

now that I am working again, part time, I will have to make an effort to exercise.

Go team go! 70 minutes 3 times a week at the Rec. Center. Lots of pain, bit OI am gaining on what I can do.

Hey,

I've been digging in my yard trying to replace the crab grass with garden beds. A little at a time!

Good job everyone! Sue - I love my Uggs also. I'm so glad the shoe companies are finally making Zero degree drop soles now.

They finally "got" it.

I switched gyms to one with a salt water pool and it's sooooo nice. Still swimming laps e/o day for at least 20 minutes.

Here's what I want to do this am. I'll report back soon. LOL

I've been swimming e/o day and working in my house and yard.

Last week I campaigned for a friend who's running for city council - in new (horrible) shoes - and I've been limping since.
Better today though.

I ate before my work out today. big mistake. I need to go to the gym on a empty stomach

On my feet or rowing for two full hours. My pain levels shoot up when I am in the same motion, so I mix it up

My endurance would build better if I could stay on one activity, but for now I am just glad that I can move this much!

We still have ice and snow in the yard!
