Sometimes I feel like my vertebrae are stacked marbles that may collapse with a slight wrong move.

Is t6here quite a bit of pain as these marbles rub together??
I seem to be pushed very tight against each other, hoping to spill out.

Erica - Yes from over here <g> Especially after an examination ! The worst ever, have been gastro - horrific. Will refuse those 'movements' ever again...! Like a beached whale - and the pain ? Ho-Hum...
